Target your charm pet
Right Click the 5th slot on the Extended Target Window,
Select "Current Target".
Hotkey to target charm pet + cast charm.

Line #1 -- /pause 5, /xtar 5
Line #2 -- /cast 3
Line #3 -- /cast 3
Line #4 -- /cast 3
Line #5 -- /cast 3
3 = your charm.
