Hailun is an award-winning brand that we are proud to carry. It was named Piano Line of the Year in 2012 and 2013 by MMR. It was chosen by the Piano Technician's Guild to use in their action model testing. Most recently, Hailun's engineer, George Frank Emerson was chosen by Steinway to design a new piano for them.

Here are some specifics about the Hailun 218 grand piano: The soundboard is solid German spruce. The bass bridge is solid maple and is strategically placed for quality of tone. The treble bridge is vertically laminated maple and the cap is European beech. The bridges are hand-notched. The hammers are German. The inner and outer rim of the piano are both made of maple. The strings are German. The piano lid is beveled and reinforced and comes with the Safey-Ease Lid Assist system.

We've had lots of local and national musicians come here and play on this piano. Invariably, they sit at the piano and are skeptical of the piano until they play it! This Hailun 218 is an amazing piano that everyone loves playing.
