INGREDIENTS:

For cheese sauce:
1 1/2 tsp butter
1 tsp maida
1 cup milk
1/4 cup grated cheese
herbs and seasoning

For Filling:

3-4 garlic cloves ( finely chopped )
1 large onion ( chopped)
1 small carrot ( cubed)
8-10 mushrooms ( chopped)
1 cup mixed bell peppers ( chopped)
1/4 cup boiled corn
1 small tomato ( deseeded and chopped)
1/4 cup paneer ( cubed)
salt to taste
black pepper pd.
herbs and seasoning
red chilli flakes

Other ingredients:

3-4 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp chilli sauce ( any of your choice)
1/2 tsp tomato ketchup
Kulcha
Butter for toasting
