Automated reach trucks in action: These six R-MATICS are operating in a distribution center in a three-shift operation. Their task: picking up pallets from the conveyors and store them away at up to seven meters of height. But they do not only fulfill their tasks reliably, they also know their way around by themselves due to real-time navigation and self-learning capabilities. Moreover, 3D cameras enable them to locate empty spaces in the racking and ensure precise picking and dropping. If required, the AGVs can also be used in dual mode.
