Optimised Solo Zamorak GWD (5:0 Tbow)

Since making my old Zammy videos, a lot of optimisations were found. Some have a (near-)negligible effect and others are big, enough to warrant a new video. Here's a list of changes:

- New starting spot allowing for an instant set-up of the cycle (+1.6% kills/hr)
- Blowpipe spec at the start of the kill for extra DPS (+1.4% kills/hr)
- Shooting with the Accurate stance right before running through Zammy (+0.3% kills/hr)
- Resetting the instance at 40+ kc to skip the 90 seconds respawn timer (+5.2% kills/hr, ironman-only)
- Arceuus spellbook
1) Thrall for DPS (+4.5% kills/hr)
2) Demonic Offering for Prayer points and Prayer XP
3) Ward of Arceuus to reduce the damage taken (useful since no blood barrage)

The 26 ticks New Instance Method is a lot more difficult to execute than the 27 ticks method. The amount of time saved doing the 26 over the 27 ticks method is negligible because it's only used once every ~11 kills (+0.1% kills/hr). This is why I opted to show both methods: the practical one and the "best" one.
