1.5 kg Bottle gourd
500 gram Beef
3/4 cup Moong dal
1/4cup oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp finely chopped garlic
2 bayleaves
1 Tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
Cooked dal
For Baghar/torka
3 Tbsp oil,
1 tsp ghee,
3-4 dry chili
1/3 cup thinly sliced onion

দুর্দান্ত স্বাদে লাউ দিয়ে গরুর মাংস এবং মুগ ডাল রেসেপি Bottle Gourd With Beef আমাদের বাগানের প্রথম লাউ রান্না করলাম গরুর মাংস এবং মুগডাল দিয়ে।যারা গরুর মাংস খান না তারা চিকেন দিয়েও সেইম প্রসেসে রান্না করতে পারবেন। আবার চিকেন ছাড়া শুধু মুগ ডাল দিয়েও রান্না করা যাবে । এই গরমে হাল্কা মসলায় পারফেক্ট একটা খাবার-গরম ভাতের সাথে সেরকম মজা সাথে লেবু, শশা, কাচাঁমরিচ, আর যদি একটু ঝাল খেতে চান তাহলে ভাতের সাথে মাখিয়ে নিন ভাজা শুকনা মরিচ এবং ভাজা পিয়াজ। ইনজয়!

উপকরন
১.৫ কেজি লাউ
৫০০ গ্রাম গরুর মাংস
৩/৪ কাপ মুগ ডাল
১/৪ কাপ তেল
১/২ কাপ কাটা পিয়াজ
২ টেবিল চামচ কাটা রসুন
১/২ কাপ ছোট কিউব করে কাটা টমেটো
সেদ্ধ করা ডাল
বাগারের জন্য
৩ টেবিল চামচ তেল, ১ চা চামচ ঘি
৩-৪ টা শুঁকনা মরিচ
১/৩ কাপ পাকলা করে কাটা পিয়াজ়
