Today we look at the ViparSpectra UL listed reflector series 600watt led grow light. I will be using it for my 4 x4 indoor grow tent to join our Viparspectra TC 600 watt.

Upon unboxing I was impressed with how well packaged the light was. It was obvious that they put time into designing packaging that would keep the item from being damaged.

The features this light came with were great for the price. This light is UL listed so you know that no aspect of safety was overlooked. It has a daisy chain plus that will allow you to add up to 3 lights safety. It has 2 switches so you can control the bloom and veg switch separately.

We went on to PAR testing the 600 watt led with our Apogee quantum meter. We took a few readings and found that our readings were quite a bit higher than the readings we seen from the manufacturer. We made our own par map using 36 testing points and also showed the different par at different heights directly over the lights.

We also tested the total wattage from the wall and it was pulling exactly 263 watts which was what the manufacturer suggested it would.

Overall I am very pleased with this LED and am excited to start my indoor cannabis grow using the ViparSpectra tc600 and the V600 as my main lights. We will continue to update our channel regularly with the progress and results we see.
