Sometimes it’s just time to turn off the news and social media apps and get up and build something.

Like for everyone else, 2020 was ruining plans. July 24, 2020 was our tenth wedding anniversary and we had planned to fly to Canada to experience the beautiful scenery of Banff, Jasper, and Yoho National Parks.

Instead, as the date approached, we realized that it wasn’t going to happen due to border closures.

So we opted for Plan B. Take that money allotted for Canada, build something that would last a lifetime, create countless memories and help shut out all of the political noise.

We built this entire camper, minus the trailer base, from scratch. And to christen it on its maiden voyage, drove 1500 miles to sleep in it for the first time.

This short film features the Beartooth Highway, Yellowstone National Park, and Grand Teton National Park.

Note: no drone was flown in Yellowstone or Grand Teton National Parks. All drone footage was along highways outside of the park or in adjacent national forests where no drone restrictions exist.
