Ribbon basics | Rhythmic Gymnastics

Hi guys! Today I will be showing the basics of how to use a ribbon. I myself am not that good with ribbon so don't worry if you're not managing(stay till the end to see me struggle lol) just keep practicing and you will get better at it.
