preheat oven to 210 degrees c
1 kg sausage meat
1 small onion chopped finely
3 slices bread soaked and squeezed
mixed herbs and spices
salt and pepper
season all
mix
approx 5 sheets puff pastry
1 egg yolk for on top
baking fresh
210 degrees c for 10 mins
then turn down to 180 degrees c for 25 mins
baking frozen
210 degrees c for 15 mins
then turn down 180 degrees c for 30 mins
