Straw Bale Transportation, Canola Crop Procurement for Farming Purposes | Italian Farm | FS 22 | #99

Welcome back to the Italian Farm Timelapse. Initially, our focus revolves around managing the straw bales strategically positioned in the fields. Introducing a new addition to our fleet, the SCANIA R Sattel truck accompanied by two flatbed trailers, streamlines our transportation process. Navigating through the fields, we efficiently gather the straw bales, subsequently transporting them to a nearby storage facility adjacent to our plant. Here, they are earmarked for the production of essential feed and mineral supplements.
As the straw finds its place, our attention shifts towards the production of mineral feed to meet our internal requirements. This entails the deliver of various ingredients. With silage and hay already in our inventory, our immediate focus is on sourcing potatoes. Additionally, our fields yield ripe canola ready for harvest, providing us with canola seeds crucial for our production process.
Preparations kick into high gear as we ready the JOHN DEERE X9-1100 combine, deploying it to commence harvesting in the first canola field. The harvested crop is promptly transported to our feed factory for processing. Simultaneously, the canola undergoes transportation to an oil refinery, where it undergoes processing to yield vegetable oil. This oil serves as a pivotal component in the production of potato chips, aligning seamlessly with our diversified operations.
