Hello Driver Partners, This video will guide you through how - to onboard your cab with MERU.
Below are the steps you can refer anytime

0:07 Step 1 - Open Meru App once downloaded from the Playstore
0:13 Step 2 - Enter your Mobile Number
0:17 Step 3 - Enter OTP received on your mobile number
First let’s understand the documents adding process, if you are an owner
0:28 Step 4 - Click on Owner Detail
0:32 Step 5 - Enter Owner Name and Mobile Number. Select the first option if you are the owner cum driver of the vehicle
0:41 Step 6 - Select the second option if you are the fleet owner/ vendor
0:48 Step 7 - Upload the relevant documents as mentioned in the app (All documents are mandatory)
0:55 Step 8: Below is the status after documents are uploaded successfully.
Once Owner details are uploaded successfully, you will find a green tick mark. Now let’s enter the vehicle and driver details.
1:11 Step 9: Enter the vehicle number and select vehicle details from dropdown
1:19 Step 10 - Upload all the documents with the details visible. After uploading the documents you have to select the business category as per your choice likewise Corporate, Rental, Outstation, Local or you can opt for all.
Car photo to be uploaded as shown above.
1:41 Step 11 - Repeat the above step 9 and 10 to add more vehicles if any.
1:48 Step 12 - After adding vehicle details. The next step is to add Driver Details:
1:55 Step 13 - Add the requested driver details as mentioned in the above screenshot and upload the documents in which details are visible.
The Driver photo should be latest and clear. Avoid uploading photos wearing sunglasses or group photos.
2:13 Step 14 - Once the details and photos are uploaded. Select the car/bus/tempo traveler to be assigned to the driver
2:23 Step 15 - If you want to add multiple drivers, select add more drivers and repeat Step 13 and 14.
2:33 Step 16 - Accept Meru's legal terms and conditions.
2:39 Step 17 - The final step is to click on submit.
Once the documents and details are uploaded, we will verify and onboard you within 3 hours.
After that, you can simply login to your app with the mobile no which you have entered while adding the driver details and start getting business.
