Rising from mud, the lotus flower remains untainted. Lotus flower is associated with purity and divinity. We, humans need to rise beyond the worldly challenges to blossom into spiritually enlightened beings. Regardless of the difficulties that we face in our lives we must strive to expand our consciousness to keep our soul pure. Pink lotus is said to represent divine love and very auspicious for religious ceremonies of Hinduism and Buddhism. No matter what our condition in live is we should love ourselves and spread pure love to all the beings on Earth. Strength and perseverance are the qualities of the lotus flower that we must practice in handling our daily as that is the only way to transform darkness (our clutter mind) into light (divine consciousness).
