The hat that is knit in this video is a smaller size - both in circumference and length (youth / teen size).

In this video I show how to read a cable chart by working through a cable hat pattern. The hat is cast on using the long tail cast on method and then knit using magic loop. Alternatively you can also knit this hat using double pointed needles or 16" circular needles.
