POE Path of Exile 3.22 Boneshatter - Trauma Stacks and Why They Kill You

I had a question in one of my previous videos about Trauma stacks and why they were killing people. I have also had a few people ask this question in game. While I am new to Boneshatter and melee, I am pretty familiar with Armor and Mitigation in POE, and wanted to talk about how Trauma stacks work, how they do damage, and how to mitigate it, especially if they are killing you. The audio should be better, though possibly a little low. Let me know if this is helpful. Warning, I do go through POB and spend some time with numbers so it does get more detailed then some may want.

Keep in mind, some of the suggestions here, specifically around not using certain skills, are merely temporary work arounds until a player can improve their regen or mitigation to prevent killing themselves. Sometimes killing faster is the solution. This video is mostly to explain how Trauma works so you can work out the best fix.
