Even as class Ones pupils in 150 selected schools countrywide await to be given laptops, pupils at Murungaru Primary School in Bahati, Nakuru County have already started enjoying the digital world as the school has received more than 16 computers from the Canadian World Education Fund in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Nakuru.

The more than 1,000 pupils are now receiving their lessons through the computers. The teachers say the new teaching method has improved better curriculum delivery and reduced the workload to teachers. Besides the lap tops the school has received books and water tanks from the Canadians.
