Jeffery Roskelley LICSW presents on histories and contexts surrounding psychosis.

Jeffery Roskelley is a Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist who works as a trainer and consultant for SOUND LifeRecovery. In his role, he is responsible for providing training and clinical supervision to mental health clinicians who specialize in co-occurring disorders. He also offers individual psychotherapy, primarily employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, to address a variety of issues such as addictions, trauma, anxiety, depression, and psychosis.

In addition to his clinical practice and supervisory duties, Roskelley plays an integral role in the SPIRIT team, a part of the University of Washington’s Department of Psychiatry. The SPIRIT team, which stands for Supporting Psychosis Innovation through Research, Implementation, & Training, is involved in providing training and support to the Assertive Community Treatment programs in the state. His focus is on cognitive behavioral therapy for psychosis and Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) for co-occurring disorders.

He is currently working on a training course in COD that I’m calling Integrated Recovery Principles for Co-Occurring disorders that should be available by summer 2024. Once available, information about this training will be sent out to the Holistic Child and Family Neurodiversity Affirming Consult mailing list.
