Baldur's Gate 3 - Make Flind, the Gnoll Warlord, Fight for You

In the quest Find the Missing Shipment, you'll run across Flind, and a pack of gnolls. This method will make him fight for you as soon as the battle starts!

If he dies, be sure to loot him. He carriers a magical flail with an enchantment called Yeenoghu's Gift; it heals the wielder for 1d6 hit points.
