Normally flashbacks have a grayscale filter while visions have grayscale and a distortion filter. This is what they look like without those filters.

Disclaimer: I skipped flashbacks that already exist as normal cutscenes (ie, Shulk & Fiora at Outlook Park and any still shots from the main game that were used as flashbacks in Future Connected).
