Does life feel like it's on a loop of stress and fatigue right now? When we are depleted, the world tells us to "push through" or "work harder." But the Kingdom of God works differently.

God invites us to make "The Great Exchange." We bring Him our weariness, and He exchanges it for His strength.

Isaiah 40:31 promises: "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."

Join me on the mat for this gentle, 100% floor-based routine. We won't be doing any standing or striving today. We will simply lie down, wring out the stress, and position our bodies to receive the renewal of the Holy Spirit.
