तर्रिदार खान्देशी शेव भाजी | पारंपरिक पद्धतीने मसाला बनवून शेव भाजी | Khandeshi Shev Bhaji recipe

Ingredients :

• 1 टीस्पून तेल / 1 tsp Oil
• 1 कापलेला कांदा / 1 chopped Onion
• 2 इंच सुके खोबरे / 2 inch dry coconut
• 1 टीस्पून तेल / 1 tsp Oil
• 4 काश्मिरी लाल मिरच्या / 4 Kashmiri Red chilli
• ½ स्टार फुल / ½ Star Anise
• ½ इंच दालचिनी / ½ inch Cinnamon
• 1 मोठी इलायची / 1 black cardamom
• 4 लवंग / 4 cloves
• 5 - 6 काळी मिरी / 5 - 6 Black pepper
• 2 तेजपत्ता / 2 Bay leaf
• ½ इंच आद्रक / ½ inch Ginger
• 7 - 8 लसुण पाकळ्या / 7 - 8 Garlic cloves
• गरजेनुसार कोथिंबिरीच्या काड्या / coriander stem as needed
• गरजेनुसार पाणी / water as needed
• 3 चमचे तेल / 3 tbsp Oil
• 1 टीस्पून जिरे / 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 टीस्पून लाल तिखट / 1 tsp Red chilli powder
• 1½ काळा मसाला / 1½ Kala masala
• गरजेनुसार गरम पाणी / Hot water as needed
• चवीनुसार मीठ / salt for taste
• गरजेनुसार कोथिंबीर / coriander as needed
