ArcGIS Pro: How to Dissolve Street Layer and then Planarize

Crime and place research tends to focus on Streets as a unit of analysis. How streets are used varies. This video discusses how you could clean up your original street layer, removing unnamed and 0 range streets to reduce the street segments to better reflect where crime could be geocoded to within the Street Layer (used to create address locator). Other people discuss using the planarize tool to segment streets at intersections to avoid random street breaks (often with older street layers).
