Braised Mushroom with Fat Choy


分量 : 1-2 人分
Portion : 1-2 pax

主要食材
---------
1)香菇 - 8大朵
2)发菜 - 约18克
3)姜 - 4片
4)浸泡香菇的水 - 300毫升
5)水 - 300毫升

调味料
-------
1)酱青/生抽 - 2.5汤匙 (0.5汤匙是来腌制香菇,2汤匙是来调味)
2)黑酱油/老抽 - 1茶匙
3)食用油 - 40毫升
4)糖 - 0.25茶匙

Main Ingredients
------------------
1)Dried Mushroom - 8 big pieces
2)Fat Choy - About 18 grams
3)Ginger - 4 slices
4)Water that Soak the Mushrooms - 300ml
5)Water - 300ml

Seasoning
------------------
1)Light Soya Sauce - 2.5 tablespoons (0.5 tablespoon to marinate mushrooms, 2 tablespoons for seasoning)
2)Dark Soya Sauce - 1 teaspoon
3)Cooking oil - 40ml
4)Sugar - 0.25 teaspoon
