I got in the gym with my teammate for a full 3pt shooting workout with and emphasis on rhythm shooting. I was not expecting to have Edu join, so we weren't able to finish the full 3pt shooting workout but I think it was still enough to understand the workout.

Here is the full workout (only count makes):

2 Floor Touches x 5 Spots = 10
2 Half Spins x Both Directions x Both Feet = 8
2 Free-Throws
20 Total

Verbal Cue Pull-Ups (2 Each)
Cross Float
Between Float
Behind Float
Cross Misdirection
Between Misdirection
Behind Misdirection
Freestyle Stepback Inside Leg (2-2)
Freestyle Punch Stepback Outside Leg (2-2)
20 Total

Semi-Live 1v1: 5 x 4 Spots (R Wing, R Slot, L Wing, L Slot)
20 Total

Wide-Pin Lunge Steps (4) x 2 Sides
Spin-Out Semi-Live W/ Wide Pin: 5 x 2 Sets (Both Sides)
2 Free-Throws
30 Total

Catch and Shoot Off a Bad Pass: 5 x 6 Spots
30 Total

FULL WORKOUT = 120 Makes / ~45 Mins
