糖:75g
油:15g
起子/臭粉/碳酸氢铵:3g
以上用蛋抽搅 打 至 乳 化
面:250g
1用木铲或者刮刀压拌均匀,得到面团
2面团擀平切条,用筷子在每条上划红绿各一条
3将每一条分别卷起(颜色面朝里)
4切小薄片儿

下锅:油温130-140度(最好有探针式温度计)炸到微微黄就可以捞出来了
【发现油温高了就多放几个面片帮助降温,同理低了就少放等待升温】
