About this video: How can you get the XRay texture pack in Minecraft 1.21.1? Well, in this video, we go over exactly how to download and install XRay for Minecraft 1.21.1. This will allow you to easily find ores, chests, and other things without having to mine for them and randomly find them. You can even easily find things in the nether like ancient debris to make getting netherite easier.

Before we go over how to download and install XRay 1.21.3, I want to first mention that you should not use XRay on Minecraft servers unless you own the server. This is because most Minecraft servers will ban you if you use XRay on them. With that in mind, how do you get XRay?

First things first, we will need to download the xray texture pack. Specifically, we are going to be using the XRay Ultimate resource pack for 1.21.3. There is a link to download XRay Ultimate in the description above. That will take you to our complete guide on getting XRay.

Once you are there, click the “Download XRay Ultimate” button to go to the official XRay Ultimate page. There, click on the “Files” tab. Then, find the 1.21 version of XRay Ultimate, and click the three dots next to it. Select “Download File”, and XRay for Minecraft 1.21.3 will start downloading. You may need to keep or save the file depending on your browser.

With XRay downloaded, we can go over how to add XRay to Minecraft 1.21.3. This is actually pretty easy as well. Start off by opening Minecraft. Then, go to Options and click the Resource Packs button from the main menu. Click the “Open Pack Folder” button to open your resourcepacks folder. Now, drag-and-drop the XRay Ultimate texture pack into this resourcepacks folder.

When you return back to Minecraft 1.21.3, you will see “XRay Ultimate” in the “Available” section. Hover over it and click on the arrow to move it to the “Selected” section. Then, click “Done” and Minecraft 1.21.3 will now have XRay active.

Now, when you go into Minecraft, you will see that XRay is active. Ores will be difficult to see though. You can use full bright from OptiFine to fix this. However, you don’t need to install OptiFine to see ores in Minecraft with XRay.

Instead, you can use night vision. You can use potions for this, but you an also use the /effect command. Just run /effect give YOURUSERNAME minecraft:night_vision infinite to turn on night vision. To turn it off, just run the /effect clear command. This will disable night vision.
