Andouille Sausage Taste Test

Another taste test to help my viewers out! Today we taste test three varieties of Andouille sausage. Why? Why not? Various brands will be pitted against each other for a subjective taste test according to my taste-buds. No sausages will be wasted and I am sure Cajun dishes will be created in my kitchen with the rest! Sausages tested were :
