Ingredients:
To marinate
1.5 lb Chicken Breast, 4 thinly sliced pieces
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Salt, or adjust to taste
3 tbsp Basil Pesto
To make Pesto Chicken
2 tsp Oil, or enough to pan fry chicken
1 tsp Butter, unsalted
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
3 tbsp Onion, chopped
10 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
¼ cup Basil Pesto
½ cup Heavy Cream
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
½ tsp Chili Flakes
Salt, to taste
Basil Leaves, to garnish
Parmesan Cheese, to garnish
Toasted Pine Nuts, to garnish

Recipe Notes:
1. Marinating the chicken: Marinating the chicken in pesto sauce and seasoning for at least 15 minutes before cooking can help infuse the chicken with flavor and make it more tender
