I spent 3 days living in Rumbur village with a man named "Engineer Khan" and his family overlooking the beautiful Kalash Valley. The Kalashi people are an ethnic group separate from the majority of muslim Pakistan with their own unique way of life. There's no internet connection up in this mountain village - and life is a lot simpler. We ate walnuts scooped up from the ground and bread cooked by Engineer's daughter and wife over an open fire.
