These mini pancakes at the Ratchada Train Night Market in Bangkok, Thailand are delicious.

I didn't think they would taste any different than the regular pancakes, but I was wrong.

These are awesome! It's something about the miniature bite size that makes everything taste better, and these were perfect.

I got a mix bag of min pancakes, so it was like a lucky dip every time I picked one out and had a bite.

The size of the pancake and the amount of topping that was added was perfect. It wasn't too much or too little.
