Banana Wine Making:
Start by selecting ripe, organic bananas. Peel and mash them thoroughly. Place the mashed bananas into a Demijohn. Prepare sugar water to achieve 25 brix and add it to mashed banana to form a banana must. Introduce yeast to must to initiate fermentation. Seal the Demijohn with an airlock to allow gases to escape. Let the mixture ferment until bubbles cease, indicating completion of fermentation. Rack the wine monthly(5x) by transferring it to a clean container and leaving sediment behind. Age the wine for several weeks, ensuring clarity and flavor development. Bottle the banana wine and store it in a cool, dark place. Enjoy the unique and fruity notes of your homemade banana wine.
