Buses Trains & Trams in The West Midlands 2015

Buses, trains and Midland Metro filmed in 2015. Filming starts at Nuneaton one Saturday afternoon in January before heading into Birmingham and the Black Country.


2015 was interesting to record the construction of the Midland Metro from Bull Street into the City centre as far as New Street Grand Central which remained the terminus until 2019.

Other filming takes place at Birmingham International Airport with a ride onboard the famous 'pods' between the Railway Station and the Airport Terminal with a visit to the famous City of Coventry as well as covering Walsall and Dorridge.


The Summer of 2015 Birmingham Grand Central opened at New Street Station and this can be seen in its early days during a Friday in late September to see all the new features, shops and restaurants on the main concourse.
