Richmond American University London is seeking a HR Adviser to join their HR team at the Chiswick campus. This permanent, full-time role involves:

Providing generalist HR advice and support to managers and employees

Managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and visa sponsorship

Handling employee relations, absence management, and performance processes

Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and HR best practices

Producing and analysing workforce data and reports to support strategic decisions

Requirements: CIPD membership, UK higher education HR experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly organised, and IT proficient.
