recipe:
(served 8-10 people... that's what the book says, I say a couple)
black daal:
300 grams whoel (black) daal
12 g garlic paste
10 g ginger paste
70 g tomato puree
8 g fine sea salt
2/3 tsp deggi mirch chilli powder
90 g butter
90 ml heavy cream

chipati:
125g flour
375 atta whole wheat chipati flour
8 g salt
1/4 sugar
125 ml milk
120 ml water!!!!!
1 egg
1 tb veg oil
