Ellie Hiatt was the first person interviewed for the documentary, "Kefi: The Story of FDF, the Greek Orthodox Folk Dance Festival. She reminisces with Peter Preovolos about the origins of FDF and how it has developed over the years. Ellie and her husband, Don were international folk dance teachers at St. Spyridon in San Diego. They joined Peter and his wife, Litsa Preovolos, and Metropolitan Anthony in establishing FDF and participated as judge coordinators for many years.
