We are eating INSIDE the pyramid today in the Mexico Pavilion of Epcot's World Showcase at San Angel Inn Restaurante. Situated overlooking the boat ride (Gran Fiesta Tour), this Mexican restaurant is themed to an outdoor terrace in the evening and has always served very good food. Plus, how can you go wrong with great margaritas, chips, and dips? Let's see if that is still the case... Enjoy!
