Here I review a monofilament line to see if it really lives up to its advertised specs.

I test my lines with knots as I feel it is the closest way I can mimic the lines being used the way they are used in fishing... with knots tied to end tackles like hooks, swivels, clips, etc.

And in this video, I tried the Uni Knot on swivels, the Palomar knot on links, and uni knots on Trident Tackle's Terma Link.

It seems like the diameter of where knots are tied to does play a part on their actual break test.
