This weeks adventure is using Goldfields Blackbutt. Another tuff as nuts eucalypt from the desert. But a very pretty one. Surprisingly this was a lot easier to work than I had thought. I have seen a lot of pltters and bowls with this kinda design and had never gone down the path of trying one. I'm not the biggest fan of it design wise. But I do think it looks good and certainly has its place for showing off timber with the extremely wide rim on it. I think I will make more of these in the future and see how they sell. But all in all good little bowl and was pretty problem free which is always a plus!
