Income Tax Act, 1961 Section 43B (h) പ്രകാരം ഒരു കച്ചവടക്കാരൻ Micro & Small സംരംഭകരിൽ നിന്നും ചരക്കുകളോ സേവനങ്ങളും വാങ്ങിയാൽ MSMED Act 2006 ൻറെ Section 15 ൽ പറയുന്ന സമയപരിതിക്കുള്ളിൽ, കൊടുക്കുവാനുള്ള തുക കൊടുത്തില്ലെങ്കിൽ പ്രസ്തുത തുക ചെലവായി Income Tax Department അനുവദിച്ചു തരില്ല. എന്നാണോ ആ തുക നൽകുന്നത് ആ വർഷം മാത്രമേ പ്രസ്തുത തുക ചെലവായി പരിഗണിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.

New amendment in Section 43B(h) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 impacts payments to Micro & Small Enterprises (MSMEs). Now, businesses can claim deductions for payments to MSMEs only if they are made within the stipulated time under the MSME Act, 2006—i.e., within 45 days (with an agreement) or 15 days (without an agreement).
