RED BLOSSOM
This lovely red drink will add fun to any of your party.
From kids to adults this drink will be loved by everyone,
and it’s easy to make with few readily available ingredients.

• PREP TIME -10 mins
• TOTAL TIME -20 mins
• SERVES – 1

INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp Fresh Strawberries crush (To obtain strawberry crush take 3 to 4 fresh riped strawberries and blend them in a mixer)
2 tbsp Mojito syrup
1 Shaker
Ice
100 ml pineapple fresh juice (Blend pineapple chunks into blender and strain the juice using little water)
10-15 fresh mint leaves
1 Hurricane style glass
½ lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

GARNISH
1 Strawberry
Cut 1 triangular piece from pineapple with its peel
Small sprig of fresh mint
One slice of lemon

PROCEDURE
Take the shaker and add mint leaves
Then squeeze Lemon juice
Add Mojito syrup
Add lots of Ice
Now add the Pineapple juice. Close the lid and give it a good shake.
Transfer the content into a hurricane style glass
Add strawberry crush to it and mix it well.
Add soda. Garnish and serve chill.
