JCI DURIAN CITY BAGS TO SCHOOL PROJECT AT DATU SALUMAY‼️

Here’s a compilation of videos of our exciting day in Salumay! It was an unforgettable experience filled with fun, learning, and connection with the community.

Our adventure began from the city to our rendezvous for 2 hours, followed by another hour of bumpy, scenic truck ride under the heat of the sun ☄️🌤️.
Then, we made a quick stop over at JCI Senator Franco’s house to pick up the lugaw 😋 and nangape.

Pagdating sa Datas E/S na surrounded by mountains ⛰️, we organized all the bags with supplies, water bottles, pastil, lugaw, juices, and delightful donuts (thank you sponsors☺️) —ensuring everything was ready for distribution.

Everyone in the community was so excited, so we kicked off things with a short introduction muna and discussed health and hygiene by proper handwashing before serving their meals 🍽️.

After the meal distribution, we handed out their bags and water bottles followed by the much-anticipated sweet treat from KK 🍩😋. Sarap!

But our mission didn’t stop there! We also conducted The JCI Durian City Tree Legacy Project. After, nagpaalam na kami sa mga bata. Happy kaayo sila 🥹. After our activities, nag-hike mi sa sapa and shared a lunch ☺️ wohooo kalameee.
