A video showing all the current Poogie the pig costumes and which location you can find them in!

You might need to complete the story before unlocking some of them. Poogie gets tired after finding an item, so to "recharge him" you will need to do a quest and come back before he will find another one.

Please let me know in the comments below which outfit you like the best! My favorite is the frog one :D

Hog in a Frog
Emperor's New Duds

I am certain they will add more in the future probably through an event quest. The previous monster hunter games had a large variety of clothing to dress you poogie up including a rathalos and a watermelon!
