The Beyond - Terry Levene Speaks Out

In this featurette named exactly as "Beyond Italy - Louis Fuller and the Seven Doors of Death". In 1983, Terry Levene, former President of Aquarius Releasing for distributing of foreign movies on 42nd Street in NYC. Why did they mock his name Lucio Fulci and changed to Louis Fuller? Of course, total disrespect. Secondly, why was it severely cut before releasing it to the public with fake title "7 Doors of Death"? Horror director Tobe Hooper expressed his desire for "The Beyond" and called this as "Unrelenting excitement! A truly original haunted house thriller!", one year earlier when he directed "Poltergeist" in 1982.
In 1998, the film was covered in Fangoria magazine issue 174, after Quentin Tarantino presented his strong uncut premiere labeled as Rolling Thunder Pictures for the first time ever in the USA.
