Want to know if RAM overclocking on the Nintendo Switch actually improves Cemu performance? In this video, I test multiple Wii U games running on L4T Ubuntu with RAM overclocked from 1600 MHz to 2133 MHz.

Here are the results:

Yoshi’s Woolly World – small boost (50 → 52 fps)
Mario Tennis – slight gain with spikes to 60 fps
Transformers Prime & How to Train Your Dragon – no change (hard 30 fps cap)
Splatoon – major uplift (30 → 40 fps) with lower resolution packs
Lego Batman 3 – small boost (14 → 17 fps, still CPU-limited)

So, does RAM overclocking really help? The answer depends on the game: bandwidth-heavy titles like Splatoon benefit most, while CPU-bound or capped games see almost no change.
