Here's a little glimpse into our recording process in the studio. Many of our traditional pieces are recorded in the spirit of a performance, like all our dolinman X recordings posted on this channel. No cuts, no metronome, no overdubs for the trio. We had to lay the drums (Nilesh) and Dupki (Mohit) later due to constraints of studio space.
‪@prajnasings‬ suggested the song from her little song book that she kept from her college days. The arrangement was almost instantaneous. Karie recorded our practice on her phone as B-roll. So here it is...
