Quick & Easy 30 Minute Meal / Sausage and Broccoli Sheet Pan

Sometimes, you just need a simple and quick meal. Sheet pan meals are so customizable, flexible, and budget friendly if needed.

I do a lot of scratch cooking and baking and sometimes need a little break.

I often just shop my freezer and throw together a simple sheet pan meal that takes little to no effort when I need something quick.

I kept this meal simple, but sometimes I add green beans or pototes or both. Use whatever veggies you like; just know some things require longer cooking times when you are planning your sheet pan meal.

You can top with cheese at the end and roast for another 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted or drizzle a dressing on top; you can really play around with it!

Use fresh or frozen veggies.
Make enough for leftovers.

When you don't know what to cook, sheet pan meals are a lifesaver. Just a few ingredients, a little clean up, and leftovers for the next day.
