'Cleaning The Hen House', I learned from the whistle player, Mick Crehan who got it from the fiddler, Seamus Creagh back when he was a student in Cork. 'Six Mile Bridge' came from the box player, Charlie Harris on one of the many nights we spent boxing together over the years. The accordion is a 19 button 2 voice International with 4 spoon basses. Not the most common accordions on the Emerald Isle, but very popular amongst English and Scottish players in the early 20th century. A very sweet sounding accordion and my favourite when I play with pipers.
