In this episode, I’m sharing something that might feel a little contradictory coming from someone sitting on YouTube: you do not need social media to build a successful business.

I know how strong the pressure is to believe that visibility, legitimacy, and growth have to come from posting and building an online presence. I’ve felt that pressure too. But what I want to offer here is a different story, rooted in my real experience of building a multi six-figure coaching practice almost entirely offline, through relationships, community, and showing up in rooms I was already in.

In this video, I walk through how I started my business without Instagram, without a website, without a newsletter, and without knowing what I was doing. I share the strategies that actually worked, the mindset shifts I had to make around visibility and self-trust, and why I believe so many women are carrying unnecessary pressure about how success is “supposed” to look.
