The Dirty Truth About Living in a Caravan: Our Chores! Welcome to our latest video on the realities of full-time caravanning! In this video, we'll be taking you through a typical day in our caravan, showing you the chores and routines that are necessary to keep our tiny home on wheels clean, organized, and comfortable. First it's time to tackle the laundry, which can be a bit of a challenge when you're living in a caravan with limited space and resources. We are super lucky that we have access to the campsite laundrette. Oh, sorry, first we will actually drink up a bit of the lunchtime ale :D
Then we will be clearing out the caravan back garden, which is a small outdoor space where we like to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Then there is more tidying up inside, and in this video you will discover our secret of creating the vibe of order in our caravan: using a bedspread to cover the bed! It will involve some negotiations with our dog, and a bit of explaining how spoilt he is.
After that, we'll be emptying the toilet cassette, which is one of the less glamorous but essential tasks of full-time caravanning. It is not bad if you do it often and it doesn't get too heavy. For some reason, videos about how to empty a caravan toilet cassette are always popular! And finally, we'll take you along on a walk with our dog, who is an important part of our caravan lifestyle.
