This song is about how God has been faithful to us during our 9 years of courtship through distance and time. It was only because of prayers and His guidance and help that we made it through the long distance and time. It is all because of His grace. Even though we were almost always far apart from each other, Jesus was the center and still is the center of our relationship. It was always my husband all along who was my first love, but most importantly it was our Lord and God - our beloved Jesus Christ, all along who held us together... through long distance and time. To God be all the glory! Forever and ever!
